WHAT ARE THE DAYS AND HOURS I CAN BOOK WITH YOU?
I am available by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 10-7 and Saturdays 9-4.
*On occasion, I am able to work with your schedule if you need an earlier or later appointment on these days.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, gift card** and I have Square credit card reader (accepts all major credit cards).

CAN I GET FACIALS OR WAX IF I RECENTLY HAD BOTOX, FILLERS OR USED ANY RAPID EXFOLIATING TREATMENTS?
Botox and/or fillers it is recommended to wait 2 weeks for any facials treatments, including wax.
Rapid exfoliation (Retinol, medical grade peels, etc) it is recommend to wait 6 weeks for waxing. Gentle facials without added exfoliation can be performed.
Accutane - it is recommended to wait at least 6 months to wax (including bikini and body wax) or any exfoliating treatments. Gentle facials without exfoliation can be performed.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS, MEMBERSHIPS OR PROMOTIONS?
Yes! There are discount rewards for referrals – each referral will receive 20% off their first appointment and YOU will receive 20% off your next treatment.
For frequent brazilian waxers - $10 off for appointments within 4-6 weeks.

WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS ARE YOU USING?
I take pride in providing excellent services with premium products and ingredients so that you walk away feeling transformed. For facials I use various modalities such as a filtered/purified oxygen machine, crystal based microdermabrasion, sonic powered extraction tool, lymphatic detox facial cupping, high-frequency, medical grade LED panel, micro-current for facial toning, organic algae based peel-off masks and professional strength peels.
Waxing is one of my specialties! I use an award winning wax (Lycon) that is practically painless.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy because I know sometimes life happens. If you are unable to keep your appointment, it is appreciated to contact me a day in advance. No show or same day cancellations will be charged 50% of your treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
To protect you and myself, I will always honor a request to reschedule if you are not feeling well. Please remember that although I am a wellness provider, I cannot heal you when you are feeling sick; unfortunately, you may even feel worse if you get a facial or massage while sick. Most importantly, I am not immune to getting sick myself. Together, we can keep a safe and healthy environment.
WHAT ARE YOUR CLEANING STANDARDS?
As a personal care provider and licensed esthetician, I adhere to strict State Board guidelines of cleaning and disinfecting practices, including:

proper hand washing
wearing protective equipment such as; single use medical standard gloves for each client and a face mask
using EPA registered disinfectants on all implements and surfaces (cabinets, doorknobs, chairs, etc.)
changing linens/towels and washing per use
using disposable and single use items
providing soap and hand sanitizers for everyone’s use.
In addition, I am certified in BARBICIDE® sanitation and disinfection practices, MiladyPro Infection Control, and in OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens to show my dedication to infection control.
I do this to ensure that all clients and I are protected from harmful virus, bacteria, germ and fungus contaminants. Furthermore, having a one room operation gives me more control over safety standards provided to my clients and protecting myself.
